Welcome to IndiLend. By accessing our website, utilizing our consultancy services, or submitting a loan inquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

IndiLend is a financial consultancy and an authorized Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for various Banks and NBFCs. We act as a facilitator between the borrower (Client) and the lender (Bank/NBFC).

• We do not provide loans directly from our own capital.

• The final decision on loan approval, interest rates, and disbursement lies solely with the respective lending institution.

2. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an inquiry, you represent that all information provided (financial data, KYC, business vintage, etc.) is true and accurate. IndiLend is not responsible for any delays or rejections caused by the submission of incorrect or fraudulent documentation.

3. No Commission Policy

In accordance with our core values, IndiLend does not charge any upfront commission or processing fees directly from the client for our basic consulting services. Any "Processing Fees" required by the Bank or NBFC must be paid directly to the respective institution through official channels.

4. Loan Approval & TAT (Turnaround Time)

While we offer "Priority Processing" and aim for a 48-hour approval window, this timeline is subject to:

• The completeness of the client's documentation.

• The internal credit policies and verification timelines of our partner Banks/NBFCs.

• No guarantee of approval is implied; all loans are subject to creditworthiness and bank policy.

5. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact details, you authorize IndiLend and its representatives to contact you via Phone, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp regarding your loan application, even if you are registered on the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry.

6. Limitation of Liability

IndiLend shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from a loan rejection.

• Variations in interest rates offered by different banks.

• Any disputes between the client and the lending institution after the loan has been disbursed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and the "IndiLend" brand name, is the property of IndiLend. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur/Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

9. Modifications

IndiLend reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
